Post-Procedure Precautions
  • Strong pressure on the treated area may loosen the threads, so it is best to avoid this for about two weeks.
  • Please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking for 1–2 weeks.
  • For 1–2 weeks, avoid exposure to high temperatures such as tanning, sunbathing, and jjimjilbangs (Korean saunas).
  • Mild redness may occur, and depending on your skin sensitivity, you may experience a sensation of heat or swelling, but these usually subside within a week.
  • Avoid using scrubs and exfoliants when washing your face.
  • As dryness may occur after the procedure, apply moisturizer frequently and be sure to use sunscreen when going outside.
