- To prevent lumpiness or discomfort and to enhance results, please massage the treated area 5 times a day for 5 minutes over 5 days.
- To minimize bruising, apply an ice pack for 10 minutes after treatment.
- Avoid sauna use, alcohol consumption, and strenuous exercise for one week.
- Bruising, itching, or redness may occur but usually resolve within a few days.
- Due to the nature of Sculptra, temporary swelling may occur after treatment, which typically subsides within a few days.
